2How is the professional staff compensated; salary, bonus, commission, other?
All staff is paid on a salary plus bonus arrangement. MillenniuM does not receive nor do any team members receive commissions or any other forms of cash and non-cash compensation from anyone.
3How many professional staff will be assigned to typical accounts?
Mr. Rick Canipe EA, QKA and Mr. Bert Carmody, CPA, CIMC, AIF, CGMA are assigned to larger accounts with Mr. Holland and Mr. Will Branch, AIFA providing key analytical resources.

It also acts as the template, should you receive an inquiry from the DOL or IRS. There are no obligations attached to the Binder, solely for you and your records.

  • Fiduciary Support: we sign the plan’s Forms 5500

    We are a 402a Fiduciary stepping into the shoes of the RPF to run the entire plan, removing a significant amount of labor and the greatest amount of liability allowed by law with no indemnifications or limitations to our liability.

  • Participant Education: we help manage their risk

    We coordinate a robust and well0diverstified education program for each plan sponsor to ensure the eligible participants truly understand and appreciate the plan that is being offered. The educations program will be designed to ensure the participants have the best options available to obtain their retirement goals and objectives.

  • Plan Costs & Compliance: flat fees for everyone

    We ensure that the plan is cost effective and 100% ERISA compliant. We will only use institutional share class investments removing all revenue sharing and other arrangements that penalize ‘savers.’ We will work with all covered service providers to implement a flat dollar fee arrangement for all services being provided again so participants are not penalized as their accounts grow.

  • Plan Design

    Our ERISA team works with the plan sponsor to make sure the plan is designed to meet all of the goals and objectives of the plan sponsor and its participants. We also ensure the plan is 100% ERISA compliant.
